Methodology

RatingUp is an online reputation management (ORM) and search engine reputation management (SERM) agency. We help brands build an honest presence in search and on review platforms: Trustpilot, Google, Reddit, Quora, G2 and 20+ others. Our approach follows a four-stage cycle: audit → strategy → placement → monitoring. First we study the current brand SERP and map the mentions to understand which negative results actually influence customer decisions. Then we shape the strategy: which platforms to strengthen, where genuine reviews from satisfied customers are needed, and where expert discussions can displace outdated negativity. During placement we work only with real product-interaction scenarios — no mass bots, no templated copy. After launch we continuously monitor the SERP and respond quickly to new mentions.

Editorial policy

We do not inflate ratings with fake reviews and we do not buy stars. Every publication reflects a real experience with the client’s product or service. If a platform moderates and removes a publication, we replace it free of charge within 14 days — that is our guarantee, not a marketing slogan. We never post knowingly false information about competitors and we do not use black-hat tactics (methods that break platform and search-engine rules). This white-hat approach (methods that stay within the rules) survives moderation and creates no long-term risk for the brand.

Working principles

Transparency: the client sees what is published and where, and receives reports on rating and SERP dynamics. Realism: we never promise “top in a week” — durable reputation results are measured in months, and we state timelines honestly at the start. Brand safety: every activity is aligned with platform rules so we never trigger mass removals. Confidentiality: project details and client data are never disclosed.
