This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. If you have questions, write to support@ratingup.org.

What we collect

When you interact with ratingup.org we may collect:

Email address (when you contact us or request an audit)
Company domain (for the free SERP audit)
IP address (used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not for tracking)
Telegram username (if you provide it in the contact form)

We do not collect payment data directly. We do not use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels. When you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner, we process anonymised usage data through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (see “Analytics sub-processors” below).

Free SERP Audit data

When you request a free SERP audit we collect your email and company domain to run the audit and deliver the result. This data is:

Kept for up to 90 days from the date of your request
Used only to prepare and send your audit report
Not sold or shared with third parties

To delete your data before the 90-day TTL expires, send an email to support@ratingup.org with the subject line Delete my data. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

B2B client data

Data related to active reputation management campaigns is processed under a separate client agreement, which includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Such data:

Is handled only by the project team assigned to your account
Is not sold or disclosed to third parties outside the scope of the agreement
Is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a period defined in the contract

Cookies & Analytics

ratingup.org uses necessary cookies at all times (language preference, form session). Analytics cookies are off by default and only activated when you explicitly accept them via the cookie banner.

Analytics sub-processors

When you accept analytics cookies, data is processed by the following third-party services acting as data processors under a Data Processing Agreement with RatingUp:

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) — anonymised page views, session and traffic data. IP anonymisation is enabled. Data is stored in the EU where possible; Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) govern transfers outside the EEA. Google Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors use the site. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure in the EU (West Europe datacenter). Microsoft Clarity is GDPR-compliant and processes data under SCCs. PII (email, Telegram username, task description) in contact and audit forms is masked and never captured by Clarity. Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Both services are disabled until you give consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Manage cookies” in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Ukraine, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent local law:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Objection — object to certain types of processing

Data storage and security

Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Workers and stored securely. We apply standard technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No transmission method is 100% secure; we will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.
