RatingUp provides SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) services, which include publishing reviews on third-party review platforms, placing brand mentions in discussion communities, and building organic brand presence across platforms such as Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reddit, Quora, G2, Casino Guru and others.
All services are delivered under an individual agreement signed between RatingUp and the client before work begins.
RatingUp does not guarantee specific star ratings, search rankings, or any other absolute outcome. Reputation and search results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, third-party moderation decisions, and competitor activity.
What we do guarantee: our 14-day replacement guarantee covers every published unit. If a platform removes a publication within 14 days of posting, we replace it at no extra cost.
Any specific results mentioned on ratingup.org (such as case studies) reflect historical campaign data and are not a promise of identical outcomes for your brand.
All packages are billed on a prepayment basis per phase or deliverable, as specified in the individual agreement. Payment is due before the corresponding phase of work starts.
If a phase is delayed on the client side (for example, content not provided by the agreed date), the payment schedule may be adjusted by mutual written agreement.
All campaign details, deliverables, strategy documents, and client data are treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose this information to third parties without written consent.
RatingUp may reference the campaign in aggregate statistics or anonymised case studies unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in the agreement.
Content created by RatingUp for a client campaign (reviews, discussion posts, etc.) is delivered as a work product under the individual agreement. RatingUp retains rights to internal methodologies and tools.
RatingUp's total liability under any individual agreement is limited to the fees paid for the specific phase in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or reputational harm arising from third-party platform decisions.
These terms are governed by EU law and are subject to GDPR where applicable. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate courts in the EU jurisdiction specified in the individual agreement.
We may update these terms when our services or applicable law changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Existing agreements in force are not retroactively affected by changes unless both parties agree.
